SFC Foundation -Chandigarh in collaboration with Ms. Rohini Ravee Ramanathan - the founder of Quest For Eco, an initiative aimed at increasing awareness about environmental sustainability , organized a webinar on "ZERO WASTE LIVING FOR BEGINNERS" , that has been felicitated by Fast Media.

The Yogic exercises such as Chair Yoga, Palm- eye exercise , Neck exercise, Concentration techniques etc as a solution to all the body related issues - physical and mental both, were all demonstrated by Ms. Kalpana Tyagi,Masters in Yogic Science, Certified Naturopath and founder of Holistic Health Yoga. The main objective of this webinar was to inculcate the yoga habits into the people and to spread out the importance of Yoga to everyone.

Inspired by the Army, Navy, and Air Force’s gesture of thanking corona warriors, local NGO SFC Foundation launched ‘Write the Reality’ campaign to say thanks to those who work tirelessly for people in these dark times.The foundation got poems or articles on corona warriors from all the people, all over the globe. Doctors from Punjab, Haryana, and the Tricity have made short clippings into a short video as an appreciation to our gratitude.

SELF DEFENSE WEBINAR honoured by Fast Media
Fast Media, a renowned Punjabi newspaper honoured three-days training programme by SFC Foundations on Self-Defense in collaboration with Chandigarh Police to make the youth realize the importance of Self Protection in highly uncertain times, held from 22nd to 24th October, 2020 via Zoom app, under the guidance of Mr Sanjay, Incharge of Swayam Team Chandigarh.
The consequent days were full of practical experience, consisting of exercises, defense & attack techniques and hacks, griping & holding techniques in Martial Arts and Karate, awareness about safety tools like "pepper spray and knife" , etc.

A campaign initiated by SFC Foundations , marked it's beginning on the eve of Deepawali. This campaign aimed at giving a ray of hope and help in respect of employment and earning to Smt. Kamlesh , an old artisan and resident of Sector- 25, Chandigarh and celebrating Eco-friendly Deepawali by lighting up Cowdung Diyas. This campaign marked it's ending with a huge success by giving an order of 1000 diyas to Smt. Kamlesh Devi and cash Rs. 5000 for her efforts, love and dedication in making Cowdung Diyas.

Fast Media, a recognised newspaper of Haryana honoured the recent event ' Baapu Ke Nakshe Kadam ' organised by SFC Foundations on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti wherein everyone was asked to light a diya/ candle to spread the message of positivity and hope amid the darkness of corona virus pandemic. Along with this, everyone was also asked to write a note on how Gandhi Ji's philosophies are helping them to fight in these difficult times.Over 200+ countrymen participated in this activity. At the end of the day, everyone was filled with positivity and hope and more inspired by the way of living of Gandhi Ji.

Inspired by the Army, Navy, and Air Force’s gesture of thanking corona warriors, local NGO SFC Foundation launched ‘Write the Reality’ campaign to say thanks to those who work tirelessly for people in these dark times.The foundation got poems or articles on corona warriors from all the people, all over the globe. Doctors from Punjab, Haryana, and the Tricity have made short clippings into a short video as an appreciation to our gratitude.

Fast Media, a renowned Punjabi newspaper honoured three-days training programme by SFC Foundations on Self-Defense in collaboration with Chandigarh Police to make the youth realize the importance of Self Protection in highly uncertain times, held from 22nd to 24th October, 2020 via Zoom app, under the guidance of Mr Sanjay, Incharge of Swayam Team Chandigarh.
The consequent days were full of practical experience, consisting of exercises, defense & attack techniques and hacks, griping & holding techniques in Martial Arts and Karate, awareness about safety tools like “pepper spray and knife” , etc.

A campaign initiated by SFC Foundations , marked it’s beginning on the eve of Deepawali. This campaign aimed at giving a ray of hope and help in respect of employment and earning to Smt. Kamlesh , an old artisan and resident of Sector- 25, Chandigarh and celebrating Eco-friendly Deepawali by lighting up Cowdung Diyas. This campaign marked it’s ending with a huge success by giving an order of 1000 diyas to Smt. Kamlesh Devi and cash Rs. 5000 for her efforts, love and dedication in making Cowdung Diyas.

Along with this, everyone was also asked to write a note on how Gandhi Ji’s philosophies are helping them to fight in these difficult times.Over 200+ countrymen participated in this activity. At the end of the day, everyone was filled with positivity and hope and more inspired by the way of living of Gandhi Ji.

It appreciated the efforts of SFC team members to launch a new campaign “Feeding Paws” with a unique plot of adopting a stray animal and feeding it like one’s own pet during coronavirus lockdown that has also forced the four legged strays in extreme distress as lack of food and water are impacting their lives gravely.This campaign has become successful and team has been feeding over 500+ cats and dogs since the lockdown across Delhi, Chandigarh, Rajpura, Panchkula and Jalandhar.
