As stated by Philippine activist Jose Rizal, youth is the hope of a good future. Youth is considered to be the building block of society. It is that phase of life that is full of struggle and uncertainty and hence are the hardworking and active people of the society. The success of a nation is mainly dependent on the hard work of the youth. They are considered to be mentally and physically strong to overcome all the hardships. There is not a single field left where youth have not played an indispensable role in its success. From technology to economic growth, the greatest contributors in all these are youth. One of the most important factors that contribute to overall development and success is education. Many youths are unable to enroll themselves in good institutes merely because of poverty. Education forms the root of progress and all young people should be provided with good quality of it. Moral values and ethics are taught from an early age which later on shapes the character of a person. Youth is the turning phase of their lives and many young minds often get diverted towards an abusive environment spoiling their worth mainly due to lack of direction and guidance. Moreover, the Youth are the most misunderstood people. Most of the studies show that youth are not encouraged by their family to pursue their dreams and are forced to follow a profession that might look good to society. There are many reports of youth committing suicide because of the pressure they deal with. These young people must be mentored in every possible way which would help them to grow and prosper in their life. Their ability to work hard and adapt to different situations must be encouraged and trusted. Youth should be provided with the correct guidance in every related field so that they feel free to share their ideas which could solve many problems. An environment of justice, respect and opportunities should be provided to the youth. It has been observed that they are expected to show respect, but they aren’t respected more often. It is our duty to help them understand their responsibilities towards their family and nation. Nowadays, there are many young minds with aims and goals. Most of the young generation have engaged themselves in free-lancing nowadays. We should support them in all their ventures and motivate them to do better. We must not forget that these young minds are going to represent us in every field. If we are successful in providing the adequate environment to our youth, our nation would be prosperous.
