It was the first day of the 9 days campaign Rasa Anubhuti by SFC foundation in collaboration with RCMNWC. The webinar took place on google meet starting by the introduction of the speaker. Mrs Ketaki Samarth then started with the session as she first introduced the karuna rasa through the presentation she made. She beautifully explained karuna bhav and how we use it in our daily lives and further she dance a little choreography which she prepared on karuna rasa. She interacted with audiences with various questions and made it very interactive. By the last phase of the session she answered all the questions by the audience.

The second day of Rasa Anubhuti Shringara was showered by the Speaker Ms Prapti Shah. Webinar took place on google meet by startingWith the prayer song and then introduced the speaker. Firstly she Interpreted the Sringara rasa and exemplified with devi Radha and Elaborated gracefully how devi Radha use to dress up with all sringar For lord Krishna. She prepared a small choreography for the audience And then taught them each step one by one . She not only taught them Dance but also explained each and every move she did, and at last she Ended the session by answering the audiences questions . And all the Audience had a great time learning about the Srinagara rasa.

It was the third day of RasaAnubhat hasya rasa ,speaker for today’s event was Ms. Priyal Najpande .Ma’am told us about her, that how she connected with dancing and shortly explained all the nav rasa. And she explained hasya rasa through the presentation she made in detail. After that she asked about the previous rasa that was ordered by the other speakers. She also performed a dance on hasya rasa. After that she interacted with the audience and taught them a makhan chor dance of lord Krishna. And the audience had a great time learning this Hasya rasa. By the ending of the session mam answered all the questions asked by the audience and all had a wonderful time.

It was the 4th day the Rasànbhuti camaign. The speaker for the event was Mrs. Mandeera Manish ma’am. She spoke about the history of all the rasa and she even mentioned about how at first there were only 8 rasas and how the name Navrasa came into exisitince after the introduction of the 9th rasa by Bharata Muni. She also spoke about the meaning of rasa. Adbhuta Rasa means wonder she told that wonderful and anything that makes a surprise, makes us like a speechless movement is called adbhuta rasa she showed some dance steps of Adbhuta rasa. After that she interacted with the audience and taught them some steps. And the audience had a great time learning this adbhuta rasa. A very interactive session she aslo cleared all the doubts and questions asked by the audience and the session was ended.

It is the 5th day od the Rasanbhuti campaign. The speaker for today’s event was Ms. Chandani Choudhary ma’am. She told us about the history of all the rasa and also told us that rasa was introduced by Bharat Muni and there are 9 rasa and that is the reason it is called as Navrasa. Maam also spoke about the meaning of rasa. After that she spoke about the previous rasa that was ordered by the other speakers before her she told that she will teach us ab the Bhibhatsa Rasa means Disgust she told us about (Bibhatsa) Rasa has the dominant state of disgust. It is derived from determinants such as hearing of unpleasant, offensive, impure, harmful things or seeing and discussing them so it is called as Bhibhatsa rasa she showed some dance steps of Bhibhatsa rasa. After that she interacted with the audience and taught them some steps. And the audience had a great time learning this Bhibhatsa rasa.

The program was ended by answering all the questions asked by the audience.

It was the 6th day of the Rasànbhuti campaign and the speaker for today’s event was Dr. Varada Pandit maam. She shared about her that how she started dancing and she even mentioned the history of the rasa and she also clarrified that why the 9 rasa are called as Navrasa. After that she asked about the previous rasa that was ordered by the other speakers before her. She thaught us about the Santa Rasa which means Serenity, she told us that No sorrow is there in it, no happiness, no disquiet, no anger or passion, and never any longing— thus is the peaceful Rasa described by the greatest of sages, which has the same warrant as all the other emotions. So it is called as Santa Rasa she showed some dance steps of Santa Rasa. After that she interacted with the audience and taught them some steps. And as the session was ending she answered all the questions by the audience everyone enjoyed.

RasaAnubhati Rudra rasa was showered by Ms. Raajalakshmi Iyer Starting with the prayer song and the speaker was introduced.She told us about her that how she connected with dancing. Rudra rasa was lucidly presented by her through the presentation she made . ma’am also spoke about the meaning of rasa that were thought by her Guru. She explained the Rudra rasa means Anger Raudra rasa refers to the “furious sentiment” used in dramatic performance. Raudram rasa is a disagreeable, destructive rasa while it has its use in through her presentation she made the session very interactive and gave us the example of the movie Bahubali and how anger was connected with that. She performed a small choreography which she prepared on Rudra rasa and explained the same.By the ending of the session she answered all the questions by the audience and all had wonderful time .

For the 8th day RasaAnubhuti event Ms. Soumali Pal took an initiative to teach Bhayanka rasa. After that she interpreted about what does Bhayanka Rasa means.Bhayanka Rasa is used to show fear in dance and make the audience feel that fear.Ma’am told us about her that how she connected with dancing and many facts about the rasa .She explained Bhayanka Rasa how is used in dance and make the audience feel that fear and told that fear is not only one way but here it is connected to very small and big event that happened and which scares us it’s about a small fears that we all have in our heart. She also performed the rasa and explained evey step she performed. She interacted with the audience by the end of the session by answering the questions and create a spirit to dance. Brilliant session we all had an amazing time.

It was the 9th day of the Rasànbhuti campaign and the speaker for today’s event was Ms. Vaidehi Rele Lal ma’am. She shared her experiences about how she is connected with dancing and also explained that Veera means Brave. She explained that Veera rasa is used to show the bravery in the form of dance and it is one of the most beautiful and important rasa in all the navrasa. She showed dance on Veera Rasa. As it was the last day of our Rasa Anubhuti dance Campion Miss. Ekawali Singh maam the founder of SFC Foundation expressed her valuable thaughts with us qlong with the other SFC Foundation units from Jalandhar, Chandigarh and Delhi. The amount collected was thus donated to the Sneha Sadan NGO. We all had a wonderful time.
