We have often heard that ambitious people are successful and tend to reach higher goals in life. But the lesser known fact is that the people who achieve the highest goals in life tend to believe in themselves and are not afraid of the outcome. Many of us are afraid of failure. We always want things to go as per our wish but, we don’t think about what we would do if they don’t work as per our plans. The sole reason behind this is “fear”. Fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of standing out and many more such fears. Many of us have experienced the fear of failure, which can resist us moving forward and cause us to do nothing. The key that drives a person towards its goals is their courage to overcome all their fears.
Success is not achieved with ease, but with the ability to overcome failures and believe in oneself. We wouldn’t have such a vast company as Tesla Motors and the best selling book series of Harry Potter if Elon Musk, and J.K Rowling had restricted themselves to their fears and had allowed their fears to stop forward progress in life. Their ambitions were beyond their fears which drove them towards the path of success. We all are aware of the fact that without failure there is no success, but very few of us have the ability to turn our failure into our success. Many of us, these days are afraid of rejection, unaware of the fact that the path of success is complex and there are no road maps or blueprints that guarantee anything. Even if we are travelling to a place, the path may not be smooth and may have obstacles in many forms, but the desire to reach the destination keeps us going, and overcome all the hurdles. In a similar fashion, the path of success has many fears which one needs to overcome to reach one’s desired goal.
There are several reasons behind such fears, it can be due to some past incidents or the constant reminder to be perfect, but it should be kept in mind that such fears can be dealt if one acknowledges and accepts failures and seeks to do better. A person with a positive growth mindsets always seeks experiences and knowledge from their failures to do better in life which leads them to their desired success.
