Webinar session on Yoga For Period Relief: A Brief
SFC Foundations-CHD in collaboration with Ms. Kalpana Tyagi – Masters in Yogic Science, Certified Naturopath and founder of Holistic Health Yoga , conducted a webinar session on ‘ Yoga For Period Relief ‘on 21 June, 2021 (Monday). Various Yogic asanas were told by Ms. Kalpana to reduce the Period pains and discomfort such as Butterfly exercise, Diamond Pose and many more. She also told about the Diet Plan to be followed during the Mensuration. “Prevention is better than cure and Yoga is a remedy to all the mental, physical and social problems. It is very much effective in Mensurational Pain and also for balancing the hormonal levels. Each and every person should practice yoga in daily routine to keep himself/herself fit and survive long ” – was a message given by Ms. Kalpana.
